LEGAL PA / LEGAL ASSISTANT
COMPLIANCE & INTERVENTIONS
BOURNEMOUTH


My client are a large, full service firm with an excellent reputation and extremely sough after professionals! Providing first class legal services to a wide range of clients from individuals from all walks of life, to large corporate organisations.

I am seeking a Legal PA to join the Compliance & Interventions departmentt based in their Bournemouth office on a full time basis. The modern and grand Bournemouth office is conveniently located right by all public transportation links and amenities the city centre has to offer, making it an ideal location if individuals are required to commute. No parking is provided onsite for staff.

The department are an extremely busy team who require a high level of support and assistance from their Legal PA. The ability to effectively organise and manage a large workload is therefore crucial to this role and all applicants must be confident in their abilities to do so!

The Compliance & Interventions Legal PA Responsibilities:
- Maintain team files - ensuring accuracy and deadlines are managed effectively
- Document Production - including Audio Typing
- Telephone Management
- To provide full secretarial & administrative service to whole department
- Monitor the Intervention & Compliance inbox and act accordingly
- Undertake & Monitor Lexcel Compliance
- Diary management - liaise regularly with reception staff
- Travel Arrangements / Accommodation for team members when required

Legal Duties:
- Assisting when necessary on Interventions
- Updating databases and maintaining all documentation
- Opening of Envision files for Complaints, Claims and Interventions.
- Assisting with:
- Compliance File Reviews
- Lexcel Audit's
- Data Inputting & Collation

To be successful within this role, all applicants must be able to demonstrate a previous ability to manage a large and varied workload effectively and accurately. Experience supporting a legal department is critical. (Minimum 1 year) Furthermore, all applicants must be personable, friendly and an effective team player - willing to help out with any tasks!
