My client are a Full Service firm with a fantastic reputation for their Legal Professionals and the high quality of service provided to their clients.
Based in central Southampton, my client is seeking an EXPERIENCED Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their busy Commercial Property team.
The Commercial Property Legal Secretary will be supporting a very busy and successful Partner within the department and therefore it is imperative that all applicants have previous Commercial Property Secretarial experience. This is to ensure immediate productivity of the Commercial Property Legal Secretary.
Commercial Property Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
- Providing a comprehensive secretarial service to include all administrative tasks foe the Partner
- Provide secretarial service to team members when required
- Manage files - ensuring when each file is completed, the Fee-Earner is aware and can then archive
- Prioritising and organising Fee-Earners workload to ensure tight deadlines are met and managed
- Audio Typing / Word Processing - candidates must have at least 65 words per minute typing speed AND have experience with audio typing
- Ensuring all Fee-Earners calls are dealt with professionally and effectively - managing client expectations
- The opening of new files and maintenance of the online case management system
- Diary management
- To include ensuring reception staff are aware of all visitors and rooms required for client meetings
- To keep clear Fee-Earners diary prior to when billing and accounts are due to ensure they are completed on time
