LEGAL SECRETARY / LEGAL ASSISTANT
CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE
FULL / PART TIME AVAILABLE

My client are a regional heavyweight who have grown considerably across all areas within the last two years. With offices conveniently located across the South Coast, this private practice are providing their first class legal services to clients across the country.
I am seeking an effective Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant with experience of Clinical Negligence to join their busy and reputable Clinical Negligence team! The department is extremely fast paced, demanding and located in the bustling city centre of Bournemouth; close to public transportation links and all amenities the city has to offer! Required on a full time OR part time basis, it is important to the client that every applicant has a high level of knowledge within Clinical Negligence work and is able to utilise their past experience.
The Clinical Negligence Legal Secretary will be an integral part of the department; providing a first class administrative and secretarial service to all team members and clients alike. It is therefore required that all applicants have at least one years’ experience supporting a Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury department in order to be successful and proactive from the outset.
Clinical Negligence Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
• Legal Document Management
• Legal Document Production – including Audio Typing
• Maintenance of accurate Client Files - ensuring all confidentiality is adhered to
• Diary Management
• Filing/Scanning/Archiving
• Telephone Service – liaising with professionals, external agencies and clients to effectively manage all queries
• All/Any administrative tasks
Clinical Negligence Legal Secretary Personal Specification:
• Proactive & Motivated
• Organised & Efficient
• Effective Team Player
• Thorough; paying attention to detail
• Personable & Friendly
• Excellent Communicator across all platforms
• IT Proficient
Furthermore, it is REQUIRED, all applicants possess the following:
• 1 years’ experience within a Clinical Negligence, Catastrophic Injury or Personal Injury department
• 65 WPM Typing speed
